For showing exemplary performance as city and regional president, District 2 Councilor Lilia Nuño has been elected national Vice President for Mindanao of the National Rural Improvement Club (RIC).
The lady lawmaker from Taluksangay was elected vice president of the RIC by almost all the delegates during the congress of the RIC and Home Economics and Extension Association of the Philippines (HEEAP) last August 23 to 26 at the La Salette University in Santiago, Isabela.
