Jolo, Sulu - Heavy and continuous rains in Seit Pob, Panamao, Sulu have caused flash floods on the remote barangay which triggered many residents to panic and call for assistance. To make the safety of his people, the barangay chairman instantly sought the help of Colonel Orlando De Leon PN(M), the commander of 2nd Marine Brigade stationed in barangay Samat, Talipao, Sulu for rescue and assistance operation as there are more less 20 families who are living in dangerous and flash flood-prone areas.
