Barangay officials from both Districts I and II swarm nightly rallies of the Lobregat-led Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino-Adelante Zamboanga party as a show of voluntary support to the red team, saying it is the only manner where they can reciprocate the present administration?s good deeds.

At least 38 barangay chairmen and their kagawads trooped to the red team?s rally held in two sites Sunday?first in Luyahan and second in Lunzuran and declared their support to the advocacy to have a 20-0 sweep in favor of the LDP in May 10.

Catalina (Manuel Banua), Mampang (Chu Dulaca), Lansones (Cesar Sanson), Putik (Acho Romano), Talabaan (Mario Araneta), Lumayang (Frederick Atilano), Victoria (Nonoy Revillas), Lumbangan (Boy Arcillas), Tetuan (Nonong Natividad), Salaan (Rodrigo Saavedra), Divisoria (Santiago Macrohon), Pasobolong (Rommel Francisco), Guiwan (Ping Basilio), Taluksangay (Councilor Abdurahman Nuno, who is also the president of the LIga ng mga Barangay), Federation of Barangay Kagawads of Zamboanga president Art Onrubia, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation president Councilor Joefel de las Penas and Lunzuran kagawads Joel Jose, Curyl Langford, Baby Manalo and Cristoto Bantoto ?all under District II.

Barangay officials from District I, who trooped to the red team?s Sunday rallies were those from Pasonanca (Efigenio Jualian Jr.), Kampung Islam (Ahmad Sampang), Camino Nuevo (Antonio Deles), Sinunuc (Gonzalo Garcia), Zone III (Tito Espiritusanto), Sta. Maria (Justo Lacandalo), San Roque (Allen Feliciano), Zone I (Tomas Araneta), Sto. Nino (Rogelio Miranda), Zone II (Nonito Aranas), Calarian (Flor Arcillas), Malagutay (Allan de Guzman), Cabatangan (Edwina Jalon-Francisco), Sinubong (Rolando Soler), Patalon (Roseller Garina), Labuan (Francisco Santos), Tumaga (Eloino Fonollera), Rio Hondo (Rozy Mukaram), Baliwasan (Francisco Macias), Sta. Barbara (Abdulhamid Irin), Recodo (Boy Aminullah) and Talisayan (LDP Council aspirant Pinpin Pareja) and the kagawads of Zone IV.

The bandwagon of support to Mayor Lobregat his vice mayoralty bet Cesar Iturralde, Representatives Beng Climaco (District I) and Erbie Fabian (District II) and the council aspirants of the LDP from both districts is swelling as the campaign period reaches its homestretch.

Barangay officials voluntarily attend red team?s rallies ever since the start of the campaign and the number increases every day.

All the barangay officials vow to do their best to ensure an 11-0 victory in favor of the LDP-Adelante in each district.

The LDP-Adelante council aspirants in District I Myra Abubakar, Bong Atilano, Noning Biel, Jimmy Cabato, Rudy Lim, Kaiser Olaso, Pinpin Pareja and Gerky Valesco while the council bets for District II are Mike Alavar, Rey Candido, VP Elago, Nonong Guingona, Ller Natividad, Lilia Nuno, Percival Ramos and Eddie Saavedra.
