HOW PPP GIVES OUT FREE SERVICES: There is a rush of inquiries about “Pinoy Protection Package” or PPP, after we wrote a number of articles about it in this newspaper. So that readers will understand better how PPP works, I am reproducing here a material about it that is being circulated nationwide and in some Asian cities. Read on:
“Should something happen to our love ones, are they protected? Join PPP now. For only P1,500 annual fees, members shall have free casket, free funeral service, or free cremation, and free P100,000 accidental death of dismemberment insurance, anywhere in the Philippines. Then, members can also earn handsomely. Know the other benefits!!!
“My countrymen: Thank God in the name of Jesus. According to studies by the DSWD, eight out of ten Filipino families do not prepare for the untimely demise of their love ones. Under this situation, Filipinos most often than not would be at a loss where to get the money to be used in purchasing caskets and paying for funeral service and other expenses.
“This is of course most unfortunate for many of us, but there is now a greatly less expensive way to prepare for this eventuality. Become a member of PINOY PROTECTION PACKAGE (PPP) and avail of the benefits arising from membership with it.
FREEBIES IN TIMES OF LOSS: “FOR ONLY P1,500 AS ANNUAL DUES, ONE COULD NOW AVAIL OF FREE CASKET, FREE FUNERAL SERVICE, OR FREE CREMATION, AND IN CASE OF ACCIDENTAL DEATH OR DISMEMBERMENT, THERE IS ALSO A FREE P100,000.00 INSURANCE.
“This is the PINOY PROTECTION PACKAGE (PPP), which is a partnership among different groups helping our countrymen prepare and cope up with problems, and the tragedy of losing a loved one, through membership in it, and the payment of an annual fee of P1,500.00, AND WE ARE OFFERING THIS TO YOU AND YOUR GROUP.
“In line with this, PINOY PROTECTION PACKAGE (PPP) is also giving free legal counseling, free counseling regarding problems affecting the family, the husband and wife, work, problems with government agencies and private companies, and any other aspect of daily living, including problems with spirituality or matters of faith.
“Finally, PINOY PROTECTION PACKAGE also affords those joining it with a great opportunity to earn while sharing the benefits under this system. Any interested person can call us at 433 75 49 or 433 7553, or through my cellphone numbers 0917 984 24 68 or 0922 833 43 96. May God continue to lead the way for us all…”
CHRISTMAS 2010 STARTS, TIME TO SAVE, PART III: This is the third installment of the article posted on the Internet by Alvin Tabanag (alvintabz@yahoo. com) about saving for Christmas 2010. Read on:
“4. Take lunch to work. You’ll save more than 50% on food cost. If it’s impractical, look for cheaper food. Take your breakfast and dinner at home so you’ll save even more.
“5. Reduce your drinking. Instead of daily or weekly, drink only once a month or suspend it until December. But don’t drink too much in December to make up for missed drinking sessions. 6. Reduce movie dates to once a month or every two months. Watch movies where it’s cheaper. Or have movie marathon at home on weekends.
“7. Cut back on the expensive coffee and soft drinks. If you can’t last a day without drinking coffee, find cheaper alternatives. Go for the expensive cup once or twice a week. Resist the urge to eat every meal with a bottle or can of soft drinks and you can easily save more than a thousand in a month….” More of this next time!
