Position :    Project Manager for Sorsogon Initiatives Project

Item : Project Development Officer IV

Salary : P32,973.00

Duration of Contract : Two (2) months

Work Station : Gubat and Barcelona

Reporting Unit : PAMANA Luzon-Visayas, Office of the Presidential Adviser on

the Peace Process (OPAPP)

Job Description

a. Oversees the implementation and completion of all the sub-projects covered by the Sorsogon Initiatives Project

b. Serves as the focal person and point of contact of the local implementing partners relative to the Sorsogon Initiatives Project

c. Assists the local implementing partners in resolving concerns / issues relative to project implementation

d. Facilitates the preparation of sustainability and maintenance plans for each sub-projects by the local implementing partners

e. Coordinates the conduct of the formal turn-over of completed projects to the communities

f. Links local implementing partners with individuals or institutions that can provide the needed technical support for project implementation

g. Ensures the timely submission of accomplishment reports by the local implementing partner and monitoring reports by the monitoring mechanisms

h. Submits regular updates on the project implementation to the PAMANA Coordinating Unit –Luzon  and Visayas

i. Prepares the necessary reports, to include the terminal reports, as prescribed by AECID and LGA

j. Oversees the work of the Finance and Administrative Officer assigned to the Project
