Account Manager - Mechanical Drives (based in Mindanao)
Armm, Davao, Northern Mindanao, Soccsksargen, Zamboanga
Responsibilities:
ORGANISATION:
This role reports directly to the General Manager (Mechanical Drives) for the ASEAN region, with dotted line to the Vice President (Industry Automation and Drive Technology) for Philippines. The role will support the mechanical drives business in Philippines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sales: Develop new clients and grow existing accounts to achieve sales and profitability targets. Deepen and widen client relationships with creative solutions selling.
• Channel and Customer Management: Build and deploy the customer and distributor network to increase demand for mechanical drives products. Train the sales team of distributors and key customers.
• Pre-sales and After-sales Support: Provide technical consultation to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor‘s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven sales track record of at least 3 years in industrial environment; preferably gained in the mechanical power transmission industry
• Sound knowledge of machines, including their design, application, and repair and maintenance
• International mindset and cross-cultural sensitivity
• Fluent in English and Filipino
