CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga A P30-million restaurant complex is set to open in Clark, an added tourism-related venture in this Freeport.
Clark Development Corporation (CDC) president Felipe Antonio Remollo said the Pax Americana Food and Leisure, Inc. (PAFLI), will open an entertainment and dining complex along the boundaries of Ninoy Aquino Avenue and E. Quirino streets near the Parade Grounds here.
Remollo has recently signed the agreement with Carlos Basilio, chair of PAFLI, who also owns the former SAX Jazz bar in Angeles City and partner of Gazebo Grille in Clark.
The proponent dubbed as The Station will be the first of its kind project in Clark, with a unique Pax Americana architectural approach.
The dining complex is expected to serve various American dishes which the Clark is known for especially when it still served as an American military facility.
Basilio said "The Station will also feature concept stores, specialty restaurants to serve gourmet and aged steaks and coffee shops with a regular live jazz bar.
In the future, the restaurant firm plans to open another restaurant that will serve a fusion of dishes ranging from Asian, American, European and other gourmet dishes.
Restaurant businesses in Clark are thriving following the influx of foreign and local tourists since the increase of international and domestic flights at the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport and the improvement at North Luzon Expressway. (PNA)
