2 Tim 3:16 Every scripture inspired of God is also profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for instruction which is in righteousness.

What does the scripture say regarding unity of faith?

Eph 4:3-6 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

On the other hand, a lot of people of today view faith as something destructive. For them, it causes chaos and every kind of strife. That is why when they form organization established in order to bring peace and stability they leave faith out of discussion. For them it is a useless thing and to discuss about unity of faith is just a waste of time. Interfaith is the coined name that perfectly describes their reputation. The word "inter" means "to bury" or "to place in a grave or tomb," and "faith" means "a set of beliefs regarding God." Thus, Interfaith would mean at least two things to different group of people, unity regardless of ones belief and religious affiliation and --as the name suggests-- to bury into the grave their belief in God. Don't you think that the name Interfaith therefore is heretic in itself?

This thread is open for discussion not only to those who believe otherwise but also to those who believe that faith is unimportant, it's a dead subject, and thus should be buried.
